Crystal is trained in Psychosexual Embodiment which is trauma informed and can delve into the deeper and sexier spheres of embodiment.
Crystal has been a student of life forever, and has decades of trainings from doing bodywork and energy work healing since 2000.
Being a mom of 3 greatly impacts how she views the world and adds to her compassion, patience and desire for the world to be a place with more open hearts and love! And as she stepped into motherhood she completed her BS in Human Development and Family Science with Psychology as a minor. She was a few credits short to double major in Biology since she was originally getting her undergrad to become a DC and that changed once becoming a mom.
She has a great love for the Gene Keys and incorporates pieces of that in her work. She may complete the facilitator trainings in the near future.
